Does this sound like you?

Your heart races before interviews. Your mind goes blank when a program director asks a question. You know the answer—but the words just won’t come out in English.

This isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign that you need strategies to communicate your knowledge clearly, confidently, and professionally in high-pressure situations.

If you’ve spent hours rehearsing answers only to freeze, or feel anxious just thinking about the next Zoom call, you’re not alone—and you can change it. I help medical students and IMGs break these patterns, so you can perform at your best in USMLE/OET exams, residency interviews, and clinical interactions.

Together, we focus on clarity, confidence, and communication. You’ll learn how to translate your expertise into English that’s precise, professional, and authentic—without overthinking or stress holding you back.

I bring my experience as a Family Medicine MD and years of guiding trainees through the US medical system.

Meet Your Coach

Jackee Clement, M.D.

As the daughter of an immigrant and the first in my family to attend medical school, I know what it feels like to navigate a system that wasn’t built for you. I’ve faced the stress, burnout, and uncertainty that come with high-stakes exams, clinical rotations, and residency applications.

That experience taught me that knowledge alone isn’t enough—you need confidence, clarity, and communication skills to succeed.

I help medical students and IMGs: master clinical English, prepare strategically for USMLE/OET exams, and
excel in residency interviews with confidence and professionalism.

The goal is simple: you’ll perform strongly, communicate clearly, and navigate your medical journey with focus and calm, without letting stress or language barriers hold you back.

I also integrate strategies for time management, stress resilience, and overall well-being so you can sustain your performance and thrive throughout your medical career.

Ikigai: Crafting a Daily Routine for Purposeful Living

What is ikigai? The beauty of living abroad and learning another language is that it opens the door to concepts that are not found in your native tongue. One such concept, ikigai (pronounced ee-key-gah-ee), can radically alter the way you view your life. Ikigai can best be defined as raison d’être, or reason for living.
